Product Profile of New Generation High Speed Single Facer

Micro mechanical works is the manufacturer and exporter of new generation high speed single facer. The new generation high speed single facer has adhesive tray dams, which are provided to control the glue according to the paper width. It has also two pre-healers. The glue applicator roll and the doctor roll are mounted on two slide blocks for easy movement. The features of the new generation high speed single facer are as follows:

• Design speed 130 mt/minute.

• Fingerless/finger type single facer.

• Corrugated rolls of 290 mm dia, hardened alloy steel and hard chrome plated.

• Pressure roll of 300 mm dia, alloy steel

• Direct roll drive from the gear box.

• Adjustment of upper corrugating roller and pressure of pressure roller are controlled by pneumatic cylinder.

• Glue applicator roller dia 215 mm and doctor roller dia 120 mm

• Gap between glue applicator roller and doctor roller is controlled manually.
